REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Ben Roach (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.benroach.co.uk (“site” or “shop”). This Refund / Cancellation Policy informs you of our policies regarding the return / cancellation, refund, delivery, damage / defective and exchange of products purchased from our shop. Returns / Cancellation

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased product ("item") from our shop and therefore want to return the item and cancel the purchase, please get in contact with us.

 

You have 30 days to return and cancel the purchase of your item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase for us to identify your item. A personalised or commissioned order can only be returned to us for refund or replacement if the item is damaged or defective.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment methods policy.

 

 

Delivery

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or defective. Delivery costs are nonrefundable unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a refund, the original delivery costs (if there were any) will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or defective. If you are sending an item back to us you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Damaged / Defective

 

If your purchased item from our shop arrives damaged or defective, please get in contact with us.

 

To help us resolve the issue we may request detailed photos of the packaging and the product clearly identifying the damage or defect. Once we have identified the issue, we will notify you with our response to resolving the issue.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
